Ridgeline Emergency Education Solutions, LLC, is a small family-run service that is making its presence known in the regions' medical world. Ridgeline was born from a desire to place high-quality medical education into the hands of community lay-persons, pre-hospital and in-hospital medical personnel, as well as any other non-medical and medical personnel who were interested in furthering their education. This is coupled with the desire to provide these courses at a cost that does not break the bank.
Our instructor personnel are well-versed in many disciplines of medicine both in-hospital and in the pre-hospital arena. Our expertise and the courses we pride ourselves in delivering range from the community-level CPR and First Aid courses, all the way through Critical Care-level medicine, crossing many spectrums including population-specific classes, tactical medicine, state-and-national-required courses, and continuing education for re-certification of licenses. We strive to make medical education more effective and more enjoyable, to think outside the normal education "box," so that the student retains the knowledge and is able to recall and utilize it when the time comes.
We have taught in locations ranging from West Point, NY's Army Aviation Wing, to EMS services in Boston, Fire Departments in New Hampshire, hospitals as far south as Maryland, and more. Civic groups, sports coaches, school teachers, firefighters, police, EMS, nurses, CNA's, Doctors, Surgeons, and more come to us to provide for their education needs. Our Staff
Lori-Beth Sterling-Elliot
Lori-Beth is the AHA Course Coordinator, Instructor, and Owner of Ridgeline EES, LLC. She has been active in the EMS community for many years, having worked in municipal county EMS and Fire-based EMS services, assisted in the creation of, and working for, Air Ambulance Associates, a fixed-wing air ambulance service, as well as having served as a Flight Nurse for the Broward County Sheriff's Office helicopter aviation divison. Lori-Beth currently holds certifications and licenses as a Massachusetts Paramedic, RN, CFRN, CCRN, and multiple instructor credentials. With her significant experience in the Critical Care and Flight Medicine fields, she brings extensive insight into the courses delivered and sets a high standard for the delivery of your needs.
Matthew Sterling
Matthew is the NAEMT Course Coordinator and an Instructor for Ridgeline EES, LLC. He has served in a variety of services since 2006 to include volunteer Fire, private EMS, municipal Fire and EMS, and military medicine capacities as a US Navy veteran. Having orchestrated the creation and institution of several local EMT and Paramedic-level services, Matthew is a certified Fire Officer/Firefighter in Massachusetts, as well as a Paramedic in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the National Registry, and currently holds licenses as a Critical Care Paramedic and Tactical Response Paramedic. He holds numerous instructor certifications from the American Heart Association and the National Association of EMT's, and actively promotes and advocates for the betterment of continuing education and safety standards for pre-hospital medicine providers.
Joshua Sterling
Joshua is the newest member of the Ridgeline team. He currently holds a Firefighter I/II certification from the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy, and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician in Massachusetts and the National Registry of EMT's. Joshua currently works as a full-time Firefighter/EMT, and assists with classes as his schedule permits. Joshua brings a unique facet to the team, bridging the gap with a strong connection to the newest generation of Fire Department and EMS providers. We are excited to have Joshua on board and look forward to his continued successes.
